Fine Pitch Contacts

Finepitch contacts for contacting semiconductor devices with very small centre to centre spacing. Field of Application: mainly  in Test Sockets and other contactors for small devices. In the group „Fine Pitch“ we list up all spring contacts with a minimum centre to centre spacing of 0.8 mm or less.

The can be used in Burn-In applications without any problems.The lifetime is high: in laboratory tests we carried out far more than 5 million cycles with no apparent change in the spring force and electrical resistance.
