Battery contacts

Not Testing, but interconnecting! In many devices of everyday use batteries or rechargeable batteries are used to supply the electronics with power. First, these batteries need to be recharged after use, and in addition a flexible contact between power supply and the device is needed. Housing forms and designs become more and more complex, or other factors generate very high demands on this connection.  In this gap jump our spring contacts, which we are listing under the heading "battery contacts."

Unlike most of our other products this area has nothing to do with testing. Rather, it is necessary to transmit electric current through uninterrupted and shock resistant contacts or hook up LF and RF signals from one device off to external accessories. The applications are varied, most often, our products are used in medical devices, in wireless devices and other safety systems, but also in seemingly simple applications like bicycle lights, etc.

All applications have one thing in common: a user. And he (or she) has high demands on the reliability and proper function of the contact connection even under difficult conditions.

Here is a list of standard products that we usually have on stock. Often these contacts need to be adapted to the individual application, or the customer wants a complete solution including the necessary fixtures such as contactor housing, terminal panel etc.   In all such cases we are at your disposal, and our wealth of experiences from numerous projects will help us to find the optimum solution also for your task.
